As a mom and wife of a restaurateur, there are two things I know – we love our son and food, so my husband and I have combined our experiences to bring you Mini Chef. Through culinary birthday parties and childrens' cooking classes, we teach children of all ages how to cook and have fun with food. Since 2006 we've developed "a serious following" as New York Magazine has called it. Turns out we weren't the only New Yorkers with an intense love for both children and cuisine. Mini Chef is the original and now leading cooking program in NYC!

My husband and I come from two very different backgrounds. I spent years marketing large corporate, companies and my husband has spent his career in the restaurant business. Combining our experiences with the new experience of raising our son resulted in the joint effort of Mini Chef. And, we hope your children will enjoy being a Mini Chef as much as we enjoy teaching them.
